Warranty

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the Merchant bears responsibility if the goods he sold are not in accordance with the contract, within 24 months from the date of purchase. If the purchased product does not meet the conditions stipulated in the contract, the Merchant is obliged to solve the problem - by repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

For products whose compliance period is longer than 24 months, the Merchant is obliged to provide the supplier's warranty card. Also, in case of non-conformity of the goods, the Merchant is obliged to bear the costs of servicing.

The guarantee of conformity of items that are consumables may be shorter than 24 months. This category includes batteries for devices (phones, tablets, laptops), toners, cartridges, print heads and the like. The warranty on these products is 6 months, unless the manufacturer has defined otherwise.

The buyer loses the right to complaint and free servicing by the Merchant in case of improper use of the device, use contrary to the instructions for use, as well as in the case of any repairs or attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.

Payment

Payment is made after the order is created. The customer can choose the payment method that suits him best:

• Cash payment — is possible at the point for personal collection when picking up the order. In the city of Belgrade, cash payment to the courier upon delivery is also available.
• Payment by credit card — is made via a secure link for online payment. You can get the link at the point for personal collection or you can request it from our manager via email.

Note:
Creating an order on our website does not constitute the conclusion of a sales contract. The purchase contract is considered concluded only after confirmation of the order and payment by the buyer. In the event of an error in the presentation of prices or product descriptions, the Merchant reserves the right to change or cancel the order with prior notification to the customer.

Important information about delivery to other cities

According to the changes in the law, the delivery of orders to other cities is made exclusively through non-cash payment — that is, payment by payment card via a secure online link.
