Delivery and pickup
Products ordered from the site itshop.amkev.com we deliver exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery outside Serbia is currently not possible.
Delivery on the territory of Belgrade amounts 700 RSD. Delivery is made by our couriers, and the delivery deadline is from 1 hour to 2 days, depending on the type of goods ordered.
Delivery outside Belgrade is realized through BEX courier services, and delivery costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the delivery location. Our sellers will contact you to inform you about the exact shipping price for your order.
For products from the range of white goods, delivery is calculated separately depending on the weight, dimensions and delivery address.
The expected delivery date is 3 to 5 business days, or up to 48 hours if the product is available in our warehouse. For items with less frequent demand or more complicated import, the delivery time may be extended, of which you will be informed in a timely manner.

After the order is ready for pickup, our salespeople will contact you. In some cases, the goods may be ready for collection already a few minutes after ordering.
When picking up or receiving the shipment, please you review the product immediately. In case of observed damage, you need to inform us within 24 hours by sending an email to eshop@itmathics.rs or by calling the number +381 11 4220 408.
All products from our online offer are available for ordering. In case a certain product is not currently available, our sellers will offer you a suitable one replacement model with similar characteristics.
